Terms of Service: Fair Use, Premium Payments and Refunds

1. Agreement

By using WillYouBeMyValentine.fun (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Service.

2. Using the Service

The Service lets you make personal “Will you be my Valentine?” links, e-cards, printable notes and signs, and versions for Galentine’s Day, prom and Mother’s Day for free, and offers an optional paid Premium link (section 4).

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

use it in any way that breaks a law or regulation;
send malicious code or try to get unauthorised access to any part of it;
use it to harass, threaten, deceive or harm anyone, or to pretend to be someone else;
use it to send spam, phishing or scam messages;
access it with bots or scrapers without permission, or interfere with its servers.

Free tools cost nothing. We may change, pause or stop free features at any time. Premium links you have paid for keep working for as long as we run the Service, and if we ever shut it down we will give at least 30 days’ notice on this site.

3. Your content

When you make a link, card or note you provide content such as names, questions, messages and, for Premium, a photo. By providing it you confirm that:

you have the right to use the names, words and photos, and anyone shown in a photo has agreed to it being shared;
it doesn’t break anyone else’s rights;
it isn’t offensive, harmful or illegal.

You keep ownership of what you create. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to provide the Service. We may remove or disable content that breaks these Terms.

4. Premium purchases, payments and refunds

Price: Premium costs ₹99 per link, as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription.
Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
Delivery: Premium is a digital product. After a successful payment you are taken to a page where you create your Premium link. One payment unlocks one Premium link.
Refunds: because the product is delivered instantly, payments can’t be refunded once your Premium link has been created. If you were charged but couldn’t create your Premium link, or were charged more than once, email anupsc7@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_) within 7 days. We will either complete your unlock or refund the extra or unused payment to your original payment method. Refunds go through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Our content

The Service, its design, text and code belong to WillYouBeMyValentine.fun. You may not copy the Service, reverse engineer its code, remove our notices or use our name or logo without permission. The example code in our build-your-own tutorial is free to use under the MIT license.

6. Other websites

The Service links to other websites and uses third-party services (such as Razorpay and Google). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that it will meet your needs. And we can’t promise they’ll say yes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WillYouBeMyValentine.fun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, unauthorised access to our servers, interruptions, or errors in any content. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, or zero if you used the Service for free.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice on this site. We update the date at the top whenever these Terms change. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
